You will need: Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into 1 inch triangular pieces, 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, cloves 2, 2 bay leaves, 2 dried red chillies, crushed coriander seeds (2 tsp), 1 medium onion (sliced), 2 tsp ginger paste, 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 5-6 tomatoes (chopped), cinnamon - 2 inch piece.

Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté a little longer. Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder and tomatoes. Cook till the oil separates. Add paneer, salt and half cup of water.
